Living Paleo, loving carbs...

Welcome to my first entry!  For those of you who don't know, my husband Todd is a recent convert to the Church of Paleo Living.  A hard concept to pull off for a carb-wine-chocolate-loving foodie like myself.  I think I have struck a nice balance for our family and am using this blog to share my adventures in cooking with you!  Aside from Todd's initial sugar-deprived rages, he is doing well, especially with a slow re-introduction of what I call "safe carbs" like oatmeal, starchy veg like sweet potato, and other whole grain foods.
